Turn One Website Page Into Three Social Post Briefs
Use one authorized page to make an announcement, an explainer, and an action post. Here's a reusable template plus a worked example from PostRaptor itself.

The useful starting point
Your website is the brief. One good page already has the logo, colors, copy themes, and offer you need for social. The job is to turn it into three distinct briefs, not the same layout recolored three times.
PostRaptor does this in one run: it reads an authorized public website, builds a working brand kit, and creates three review-ready post designs with headline, caption and call to action. Ten runs monthly for $9. The ten public demos replay saved output. Generating new brand work requires the $9 monthly plan.
This guide shows how to think like that run, so your review is faster and your posts stay accurate.
The three angles to use every time
- Announcement: what changed and for whom.
- Explainer: how it works in plain steps.
- Action: what to do next, where, and under what terms.
Use a page you own or are authorized to use. PostRaptor generates drafts and designs; it does not transfer source rights, approve claims, or publish automatically.
A reusable working document
Reusable template — copy this
Fill the source fields before writing the posts. The constraints keep the three briefs grounded in one page while giving each one a different job.
Source brief
- Source page URL [authorized]
- Page promise in one sentence
- Logo / colors / fonts to preserve
- Strongest imagery on page
- Platform + aspect ratio
- Voice constraint
Brief A — Announcement
- Headline [≤70 chars]
- Visual direction: logo placement, background, one focal image
- Caption [2–3 sentences, factual]
- CTA
- Review: rights, facts, offer, trademark, brand fit, accessibility
Brief B — Explainer
- Headline
- Visual direction: 3-step layout or before/after, readable at mobile size
- Caption: what it is, how it works, what one run creates
- CTA
- Review: same checklist + platform requirements
Brief C — Action
- Headline
- Visual direction: single offer, price, and next step, no clutter
- Caption: price, what is included, billing/cancel terms
- CTA
- Review: price, billing accuracy, link destination, accessibility

Review before publishing
Verify rights, facts, offers, trademarks, brand fit, calls to action, accessibility and each platform’s requirements. Extraction can miss context or select a visible but unsuitable asset. If you do not own the site or lack permission, do not use it.
A page can be a useful source without being permission to reuse everything on it. Keep the source URL, check the final crop and make sure the CTA leads somewhere that actually offers the promised next step.
Your next useful step
Start with one page you are allowed to use.
Replay the saved workflow, compare the three angles, or continue to the current plan when you are ready to create your own brand work.
