These terms govern your use of PostRaptor. By subscribing or using the studio, you agree to them.

PostRaptor (“PostRaptor”, “we”, “us”) is an AI social-media post generator operated by CodeAustral. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and CodeAustral governing your access to and use of the PostRaptor website and studio (the “Service”).
PostRaptor generates complete social-media posts — an AI-generated image together with a title, caption, description, hashtags, a call-to-action and alt-text — based on the platform, brief, brand and tone you provide. Output is produced by automated systems and is intended as a starting point that you review and edit before publishing.
Each plan includes a set number of generations per period. A generation is one complete post produced from a single brief. Quotas reset at the start of each period and unused generations do not carry over. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect Service stability.
Access is keyed to the email address used at checkout. We confirm an active subscription for that email, set a secure access cookie on your device and email you a magic link. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it, or to a valid magic link, may be able to use your subscription. You are responsible for activity under your subscription.
You agree not to use the Service to:
AI output can be inaccurate, generic or unintentionally similar to existing material. We do not warrant that output is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAustral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
