Privacy Policy

PostRaptor is operated by CodeAustral (“we”, “us”). This policy applies to the PostRaptor website and studio (the “Service”). We designed PostRaptor to be lightweight: there are no passwords and no profiles beyond what billing and access require.

• Email address — used as your account key, to confirm your subscription, to send access links, and for service and billing messages.
• Subscription and billing data — your plan, status and period, and a Stripe customer reference. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Generation inputs and output — the website URLs and platform choices you submit, the brand signals we capture, and the posts we generate, stored so you can use and we can meter them.
• Usage metering — counts of generations per period, to enforce your plan’s quota.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) used for security, debugging and abuse prevention.

• To provide the Service — generate posts, enforce quotas, and give you access to the studio.
• To process subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
• To send transactional email such as access links, receipts and important service notices.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your briefs or generated output to advertise to you.

We share data only with providers that help us run PostRaptor:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Our self-hosted infrastructure and email delivery system, used to run the studio and send transactional messages.
• AI generation systems used to produce your images and copy from the briefs you submit.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — most importantly a signed access cookie that keeps you signed in to the studio without a password. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We keep your account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and as required to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. Generated content and inputs are retained so you can access your work; you can ask us to delete your data as described below.

• Access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing us.
• Cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
• Request a copy of the data associated with your email.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honour valid requests in line with applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including signed access tokens and encrypted payment handling via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the data we hold to a minimum.

PostRaptor is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
