Standards and policies
This page states who is responsible for PostRaptor, what we publish, how we correct errors and how refunds work. It is written so it can be checked against what actually happens, not admired.

1. Who operates PostRaptor
PostRaptor is a product of CodeAustral. It is built and supported by a small team that also answers the email. There is no call centre and no chatbot on paid support: a person reads what you send.
| Responsibility | What it covers | Channel |
|---|---|---|
| Product and generation | The studio, the run allowance, checkout, platform presets and the quality of captured brand signals. | support@postraptor.com |
| Editorial | Guides, the ten case studies, the demos, policy pages and corrections. | support@postraptor.com |
| Support and billing | Access links, cancellations, duplicate charges, refund reviews and account questions. | support@postraptor.com |
| Applications | Agency accounts, client sites and written authorisation to use a website you do not own. | /apply |
For an agency account or a site you do not own, the person who replies to your application stays your contact for the life of the account. That is the accountability behind the address: one thread, one owner.
Administrative contact: support@postraptor.com or the contact page. We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
2. Editorial policy
We publish three kinds of material: guides to the method, ten replayable case studies, and product and policy pages. The free material is editorial. It explains and demonstrates the work; it is not a trial of the generator.
- Case studies replay saved runs on public websites, including Amazon, Toyota and Mercado Libre Argentina. The inputs were public pages; the runs demonstrate how a page is read and designed. They are not presented as client work or as an endorsement by those companies.
- Guides state the method and the limits. Where a platform limit is a manual review target rather than a limit enforced by the generator, the guide says so in the text.
- We sell the tool the guides describe. That interest is disclosed here. Comparisons name the alternative and the basis for the comparison; no placement is paid.
- Numbers on this site come from the plan configuration, run records, or a checked reference in the guide. If we cannot verify a claim, we remove the claim rather than soften it.
- A review date changes only when the page has actually been reviewed. It is not decoration.
- We do not publish countdowns or scarcity claims unless a real deadline and a real price pair exist. We do not publish testimonials we cannot trace to a real customer.
Generated posts shown in the demos are labelled as generated. They illustrate a run; they are not evidence of reach, engagement or sales.
3. Corrections policy
If a page is wrong, tell us. Send the URL, the sentence, what is wrong and, where you have it, the source that shows the correct version. Write to support@postraptor.com with the subject “Correction”.
- We acknowledge a correction within two business days and check it against the product, the plan configuration or the cited source.
- We either correct the page or explain why the original stands. A correction is not a negotiation about tone; it is a check on a fact.
- Material corrections carry a dated note on the page. The “last reviewed” date changes when the correction is published.
- A wrong price, allowance or platform limit is treated as material and fixed as soon as it is confirmed.
- If a correction changes a policy, the new text applies from the date shown. It does not retroactively rewrite a period you have already paid for.
4. Refund policy
The plan is $9 USD per month, billed through Stripe. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Completed billing periods are not refunded except where the law requires it. We do not pro-rate a month because you used part of it.
- If you were charged twice for the same period, or a charge was not authorised by you, write to support@postraptor.com with the checkout email, the charge date and the amount. We check it against Stripe and correct it.
- If a run fails on our side — the site could not be read, the output never arrived, or a system error consumed the allowance — write within 14 days of the charge with the checkout email, the date and the website used. We check the run record. Where the failure is ours, we replace the run; if we cannot, we refund the affected month.
- A run that produced output you do not like is not a failed run. Regenerate it or edit it; the refund rule covers technical failure, not taste.
- Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
- Nothing in this policy limits a statutory right you have where you live.
The terms of service set out the full agreement, including billing, acceptable use and liability.
5. Privacy and cookies
We collect what billing, access and generation require: an email address, subscription status, the website URLs and platform choices you submit, the output we generate, usage counts and basic server logs. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your briefs or outputs to advertise to you.
The cookie bar records analytics, marketing and functionality choices with a schema version and a timestamp. Analytics and marketing tags are not blocked; the stored choice is sent to Google Consent Mode v2 before measurement runs. You can reopen the bar from “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time.
Read the privacy policy and the cookie policy for the provider list and retention periods.
6. Contact and review
For anything on this page — a correction, a refund review, an authorisation question or a privacy request — write to support@postraptor.com or use the contact page. Agencies, teams and client sites can start at /apply.
